Tell us your macOS version and, if your message is about an export, which template or banner you used.

Your subscription

Manage or cancel your plan from Settings > Subscription in the Hōju app. Your access stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can delete your account and all your data from Settings > Account.

Exports and App Store Connect

Every export uses the sizes App Store Connect accepts. If an upload is refused, send us the error message and the file, and we will sort it out with you.
