Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. A subscription is for one person.
Your content
You keep all rights to the screenshots, texts and assets you bring to Hōju. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Plans and prices
Hōju offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown on our pricing page before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment.
Templates and exports
You can use the templates and everything you export with Hōju for your own apps, websites and marketing, including commercial projects. You may not resell or share the templates themselves, on their own or as part of another template product.
AI features
AI Studio creates suggestions from the content you provide. Please review every page before you publish it: you are responsible for what you submit to the App Store, including that it follows Apple’s guidelines.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Hōju running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error‑free. We may improve or change features over time, and we will tell you in advance about important changes to these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Hōju in the 12 months before the claim. We are not responsible for App Store review decisions.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
